
SOLD Mountain Land Tracts (partial list)
- 870 acres: The Tree Farm. This tract was the largest privately-owned tract in Swain County at the time of closing.
- 300 aces in the Alarka community. Another beautiful tract in Swain County which featured three waterfalls and incredible long-range views. Great access and a fine road system in place.
- 210 acres, Madison County. A large trout stream meandered thru this tract which displayed views of Mt. Pisgah and Mt. Mitchell. Bordered conservation land.
- 350+ acres, Willow Creek, in the Sandymush region of Buncombe County. Nice views located in a charming agricultural area of the county.
- 156 acres in Hot Springs, Madison County. This tract bordered a large trout stream and had a small creek running thru it. The USFS surrounded the back portion of the tract. Beautiful flat pasture in front next to creek!
